- Maintain confidentiality of client information
- Act professionally in all interactions and interviews
8. Fees and Payment

- We are not liable for employment decisions made by clients or candidate performance
- Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid for the specific service in question
- We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages
- Background verification is based on information provided by candidates and third parties
11. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our Services at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason in our sole discretion.
12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lagos State, Nigeria.
