• Specialized programs including graduate trainee initiatives

3. User Accounts and Registration

To access certain Services, you may be required to create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Maintain the security and confidentiality of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable laws
• Provide false, misleading, or fraudulent information
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation

7. Candidate Obligations

Candidates using our Services agree to:

• Provide truthful and accurate information in applications and resumes
• Verify all qualifications, certifications, and work history
• Disclose any conflicts of interest or potential issues
• Maintain confidentiality of client information
• Act professionally in all interactions and interviews

8. Fees and Payment

Service fees are outlined in separate engagement letters or service agreements. General terms include:

• Fees are due as specified in service agreements
• Late payments may incur additional charges
• Certain services may require upfront deposits or retainers
• Refund policies vary by service type and are specified in agreements
• All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise

9. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain strict confidentiality of all proprietary and sensitive information shared during the course of service delivery. This includes client information, candidate data, business strategies, and trade secrets. Confidentiality obligations survive the termination of services.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Recruten provides Services "as is" and makes no warranties, express or implied
• We are not liable for employment decisions made by clients or candidate performance
• Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid for the specific service in question
• We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages
• Background verification is based on information provided by candidates and third parties

11. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our Services at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason in our sole discretion.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lagos State, Nigeria.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to our website. Your continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
